● Prices are in EUR.
● Payment via Paypal after sketch is approved.
● ✔ YES: Human Fanart, OCs.
● ✖ NO: Explicit NSFW, Mechs, Anthros, Gore, Furry, Real people, writing ref, steampunk, incest.
● Complicated Designs extra 5EUR~ 10EUR + (Complex Armor, Intricate Accessories, Complex posing etc).
● PLEASE BE AWARE: I may make some stylistic changes to the character (some exaggeration/colour changes) but I will stick as close to the reference as possible.

🌟TERMS OF SERVICE🌟

● Please read the Terms of Service carefully before requesting a Commission.● All prices mentioned by the Artist are final.
● Payments will be made via Paypal after sketch is approved.
● No refunds/chargebacks or cancellations can be made without discussion and consent from the Artist.
● A partial refund can be discussed and made if the Artist has not completed the commission.
● Two (2) Revisions can be made unless the Artist missed something. Any additional revisions will be an extra 10EUR each.
● Complicated Designs extra 5EUR~ 10EUR + (Complex Armor, Intricate Accessories, Complex posing etc).● I have the right to reject any commission requested.
● I hold the rights over the commissioned artwork (to post on social media).● You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for profit/commercial use (i.e selling as merchandise/NFTs).
● All Artworks will be Glazed, you may NOT use the artwork in any AI training program.
● You MAY post/edit/crop/print the artwork for personal use with credit to the Artist, @marion_ngoc.ha !

🌟FAQ🌟

Q: Will I get progress updates on the commission?
A: Yes, you will! I'll send updates via DMs (instagram/email) for feedback: Sketch > Line & Colors > Final. You can also track the progress on Trello.

Q: How long does the commission take?
A: Depending on the queue and Commission Style, from about 2 weeks to 1 month MAX from payment to completion.
Tight deadlines, rushed requests are an additional 10EUR ++ (can be discussed!)Q: What will the resolution/size of the final artwork be in?
A: Final high-resolution artwork will be sent to your email.
A4 SIZE PNG / RGB / 300 dpiQ: Can I make changes?
A: Two (2) Revisions can be made unless the Artist missed something. Any more, there will be an additional Revision Fee. (10EUR)
